This slices of marinated swordfish with olive oil, lemon zest, capers, rosemary and thyme. Served on mixed leaves and asparagus tips.

A selection of mixed wild mushrooms, sautéed with brown butter, garlic and white wine, topped with Pecorino cheese, served in filo pastry basket.
